1.Q: Is there free shipping?
A: Yes. All products have free shipping.
2.Q: Why do some products say currently ships from Hong Kong or does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses?
A: Our suppliers have allowed us to ship the products that we offer from their warehouses until our storefront is fully operational. These restrictions are from some of the suppliers that we use. It’s also worthy to note that most shipping companies do not ship to APO addresses. Our goal is that when the storefront is operational to orchestrate shipping to those locations.
3.Q: How long does it take for my packages to arrive?
A: With shipping experiments the average range is anywhere from 4-23 days. Please use this number as a guideline due to possible delay from weather, natural disasters,and other factors beyond our foreseeable control. All packages are shipped via ground shipping.
4.Q:What are the steps to do a return?
A: To do a return please contact us with the reason for the return and photos if product is damaged, or if in doubt that the product is returnable at email@example.com. All returns are to be sent to our corporate office at 2 Shelton Street, Seymour CT 06483. Customers are responsible for the shipping of the return for reimbursement. To reorder a new order must be made for a different size or color. Bathing suits and underwear are nonreturnable by Federal Law.
